FAITH UNFOLDING: MIRACLE ALEGA'S POWERHOUSE TESTIMONY

I grew up in a Christian family. At an early age, I was taught Bible stories about God's goodness and grace, and how God performs miracles and fulfills His promises. Who would've thought God is going to put me through tests of faith as I serve Him, just like the stories I read when I was a child.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, ""For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."" I thought that life was easy-sailing; a delightful experience immersing in God's abundant grace. But behold, life came crashing down on me. I started questioning God and His goodness, as if God owed me anything, eventually abandoning my first love.

Into the world I was led astray, with no one to guide me since I came from a broken family. Not knowing what is right or wrong anymore, I conformed to the patterns of the world. But as it is written, God is faithful and He will deliver us to the promise land.

When I was a rebel, God loved me. When I was broken, God was close to me. He never left me. Even when I had doubts about His plans and why I needed to go through such misery, God showed me His mercy.

When life was crumbling down and peace was no longer found, that was when God led me to EFC Powerhouse. A lost sheep, found and picked up by God for one purpose - to serve Him and His kingdom. This was where God reignited my flame to be in the ministry once again.

EFC Powerhouse is my tribe. God broke and molded me to become the person I should be and be in one accord in this ministry. God led me to these wonderful people in our pursuit of leading and worshipping God. Indeed, God always has something in store for us that is going to bring delight in our hearts and in our minds.
