EFC POWERHOUSE HOLDS ITS FIRST-EVER WATER BAPTISM

In response to the Great Commission to baptize those who profess their faith in Christ, EFC Powerhouse held its first-ever water baptism to six young professionals, January 19 in Pansol, Calamba City.

As part of their journey, baptismal classes were conducted last January 14. During the first session, Ps. Erland Palean, resident lecturer and mentor of EFC Powerhouse, discussed the importance of water baptism and highlighted the statement of faith of FREE Mission Philippines Inc.

Right before the actual baptism, the candidates shared their own conversion stories. Witnessed by some of the Powerhouse leaders, Ps. Erland officiated the water baptism, assisted by Ms. Kim Rato, team leader of EFC Powerhouse, and Ms. Sarrah Jel Manangan, leader of Power Mars.

The newly baptized members of EFC were then presented to the local church on January 21, with Bp. Paul Hernandez and the EFC TEAM Leadership helping in the giving of the water baptismal certificates and officially welcoming them as part of the Evangelical FREE Church Family.
