Young Christian Professionals Rise to “The Next Level” at In Real Life Conference Year 4

Evangelical Free Church, August 25 — God once again moved mightily as over a hundred young professionals gathered for this year’s In Real Life Conference, a yearly initiative of Powerhouse that seeks to empower the next generation of Christian leaders. Now on its 4th year, the conference carried the theme “The Next Level”, reminding young believers that God is calling them to grow deeper, aim higher, and step boldly into His plans.

The day was filled with powerful messages that spoke straight to the hearts of the delegates. Coach Grace Fernandez set the tone with her session on “Next Level Mindset”, challenging attendees to embrace a perspective of faith, resilience, and God-given confidence. Ms. Selene Yu inspired the crowd through her talk, “Purpose over Promotion”, pointing everyone back to the truth that true success is not in titles or recognition, but in living out God’s purpose.

In a touching session, Ms. Madelyn Incomio and Mr. Ernani Incomio III shared “Building Bonds that Build You”, encouraging young professionals to invest in Christ-centered relationships that sharpen and strengthen their walk with God. Wrapping up the conference, Bishop Paul Hernandez delivered a stirring word entitled “The Next is Now”, reminding everyone that stepping into God’s calling does not begin tomorrow—it begins today.

The spiritual atmosphere was enriched with uplifting worship led by the Powerhouse Band, creating moments of heartfelt surrender and praise. Adding a special touch, guest performers Project Romeo serenaded the audience with timeless acoustic Christian songs that stirred nostalgia and reminded many of their first encounters with God’s love.

More than just a conference, IRL has become a space where young professionals encounter God, grow in wisdom, and build lasting connections with fellow believers. This year’s gathering was a testimony that the Lord is raising up a generation ready to take their faith to the next level—not just in words, but in every aspect of their lives.

As Powerhouse looks forward to the years ahead, the call remains clear: the next level is not only possible, it is already here—and God is inviting His people to step into it.
