POWERHOUSE DEVOTIONALS: SEEKING GOD’S WISDOM

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

- James 1:5

There are many times in our lives when we face challenges and uncertainties. In these moments, we must seek guidance and wisdom from God.

In seeking God's wisdom, we surrender our own understanding and entrust ourselves to His infinite knowledge and perfect will. We acknowledge that His ways are higher than ours, and His thoughts are beyond our comprehension.

“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” - Proverbs 9:10

For God's wisdom is not bound by the constraints of human intellect or the limitations of earthly knowledge. It is a divine gift, freely offered to us who seek it with humility and sincerity. The Scriptures reminds us that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, acknowledging His sovereignty and reverence for His ways.

As we journey through life, let us continually seek God's wisdom with sincerity and humility. Let us trust in His guidance, knowing that He holds the answers to our questions and the solutions to our dilemmas. May His wisdom illuminate our path, strengthen our faith, and empower us to live lives that honor and glorify Him.
