POWERHOUSE WEEKEND PRESENTS: THE FIRST NOEL

EFC Powerhouse held its finale Powerhouse Weekend of the year, a Christmas special entitled "The First Noel", on December 15, 2024, at EFC House of Bread. The event, filled with reflection and celebration, provided a meaningful conclusion to a year of inspiring fellowship and ministry.

Bishop Paul Hernandez led the fellowship in a profound discussion on the theme "The First Noel", focusing on how Jesus Christ is the ultimate "First Noel"—the first announcement of God's love and salvation for humanity. He explained that "Noel," meaning "good news," reflects the birth of Jesus as the foundational moment of hope and redemption.

He also emphasized the significance of Christ’s birth, not just as an event in history but as the cornerstone of the Christian faith, calling believers to reflect on its meaning during the Christmas season.

The night concluded with a lively exchange of gifts among the attendees, symbolizing the joy of giving and receiving during the holidays. Everyone was also encouraged to bring a potluck dish, which led to a warm and joyous meal shared after the fellowship.
