THE EMERGING CONNECTION OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN THE NORTH

Under the leadership of Rev. Rico B. Ortega (FREE Christian Church Rosales Senior Pastor), Ptra. Marilet Ortega (FCC Rosales Admin. Pastor) and yours truly, Darwin Alvareda (FCC Rosales Young Professionals Ministry Head), Free Christian Church Rosales finally embraced and launched Powerhouse Connect, a ministry designed to cater young professionals, which had its beginning in Evangelical FREE Church, FREE Mission Phils. Inc.'s mother church in Cavite.

It was indeed an epoch-making event as Powerhouse Connect, the young professionals ministry of FCC Rosales, finally budded in the land of the north!

For almost two years, the core leaders of Powerhouse Connect prayerfully prepared for the launch of our own young professionals ministry, exerting out our best effort to make it happen.

At last, our innermost prayers came into existence. Even after a long day at school and work, the big launch of Powerhouse Connect was truly a momentous occasion.

We will always bring into remembrance what Ps. Erland De Vera Palean, resident lecturer and mentor of EFC Powerhouse, stressed that the ministry's primary goal is to help young professionals strike an equilibrium between work and personal life without turning our backs from God. We, the Powerhouse Connect family, gained confidence as we were reminded that only God can make it possible for us to thrive in our faith and in our careers.
